Training on Skill development is a Global Issue. First Problem is to train potential candidates for a Job and second one is to provide on-job training for betterment.
This sector is highly unorganised and Language, Connectivity, Access are huge problems as well.
In India alone there are about 480 Million People to be trained. And our PM’s Vision is to train 40 Cr people by 2022
We came with an innovative offering called “SkillFone” which brings learning / Skilling at the hands of the potential candidate.
We run this as a end-end solution with a Multilingual Call Centre to take the user from the initial stage to an employment and also during the job.
The Solution is Multilingual with all Indian Languages and Major World Languages.
Supports complete Content Localisation and Voice Over Support.
As another example, Workforce in UAE and other countries come from different nationalities. With SkillFone, training can be imparted for different disciplines like Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry etc and most importantly teach the key requirements and local habits, expectations and these can be updated over time

Describe the Impact which this Programme has had.
As a Pilot we started to teach “English” to Taxi Cab drivers and the results were encouraging.
We started to partner with OLA Cabs and other major players to train 2 Lac+ drivers
We had a very good meeting with Indian PM Modiji to participate in the National Skill Development Initiatives.
